Baby Update

It's been a busy week with lots of doctor appointments. We had 4 appointments in 3 days. On Monday I had an ultrasound to check the baby's size and it looked kind of big--they measured 8 lb 7oz but can be a pound off. So since Luke was 8lb 10oz and got stuck we're going to do an C-section on Monday @ 12:00. We will try to update the blog with pics as soon as we get the chance. I was hoping to have the baby this week, but it turned out good this way since Luke and Michael both got strep on Wednesday. Now everyone will be healthy and ready for the baby. We are so excited!
The kids are super excited and have said some cute things about the new arrival. I was talking to Luke about nursing and he said, "That's so cool Mom--you're just like a cow." Then the other day Luke came in on me while I was getting dressed and took one look at me and said, "Whoa--that baby is huge!" Not really the way I wanted to start the day!
Allie keeps looking at me and saying, "You just don't look like my mom anymore-your stomach is sooooo big." She asked if my stomach would go down right away or if it would take a while. That's the million dollar question--I wish I could have said right away!
