As we were practicing for the spelling bee, I thought it was so fun to watch Allie spell that I had to video some of it. We would work on her list of 1000+ words like this testing to see which ones she needed to practice for an hour sometimes. Then we would take a break and do it for another hour. She is just amazing. She was like a robot. (And so that you don't think I'm a mean mom, it was her choice to practice that long.)

Wow, what a dedicated girl. For some reason West Union did not do the spelling bee this year and Ashley was so sad because she was really looking forward to trying for it.
