Allie had her 2nd piano recital today. On the way there, she was really nervous and Luke kept telling her that she would do a great job. When we got there, it was pouring rain and we all got soaked as we went in. Allie played "There is Beauty All Around" (Love at Home) The video is a little shaky because we had to sit in the back (so it was easy to leave with Kate) and at one point I was so busy watching her I forgot to think about what I was doing. She did a great job! In 2 weeks it will be her 1 yr anniversary of piano lessons. I think she has learned a lot and it doing great. The best part is that she really loves playing piano. Her teacher Maria is amazing and has a gift for patience and encouragement. We are lucky to have her.

That was so great! Would Allie consider coming to my ward and playing the piano in primary for me while I wrestle Charlotte? Tell her I said "great job".
